Many Columbia College Chicago faculty have their own stories as to why they do what they do. Michael Green, who has been the lead print specialist at the digital print center at 623 S. Wabash Ave. for four years, worked at a law firm for most of his career before coming to Columbia.
With his graphic design background, Green took control of the digital print center on the second floor. This multi-service space not only contributes to graphic design students, but students of all majors.
Named by Animation Career Review as a top 15 graphic design school in the Midwest, students at Columbia have gone on to intern for Leo Burnett and Cards Against Humanity.
Now as graduation approaches, Green remains hopeful for the next generation.
