‘Fun Home’ opens this week at The Getz Theatre

Students have been hard at work during rehearsals to truly capture the importance of a story with relations to the LGBTQ+ community.

“Fun Home” will run from April 30 through Saturday, May 9 at The Getz Theatre. 

Many Columbia students have been working in all aspects to bring this story to life, considering choreography, set design, costume design, dialogue and tone. 

This show has made it integral to the actors to dive deep into their roles and tackle themes of family, identity, and self discovery central to “Fun Home.” 

Tickets are available through Eventbrite. Sold out shows will have a waitlist opened 30 minutes before showtime.
