Riot Fest organizers offer free passes for cleaning up the park

Riot Fest announces a new way to get free admission to the festival this fall. Allowing those who volunteer to clean up Douglas Park Fieldhouse this Saturday in exchange for 1 GA pass for the day of their choosing. Requiring volunteers to register before the event and then show up on Saturday, 9:00-1:00 pm to volunteer.

This prospect is an admirable way to allow locals a more accessible way to see the artists they love, without having to put further financial strain on themselves in a time when everyone is struggling to afford necessities.  

Online Registration for the volunteer event was announced one week ago and has a maximum number of participants allowed to register. A link to registration was left on their website and has since closed two days before the event.
