Two flagship city establishments will be broadening their horizons and expanding into the South Loop starting early this year. Among the emerging stores are Believe Cafe and Over N Over Beauty.
Believe Cafe, based in Avondale, plans to move into South Loop’s very own Picnic Digital Food Court, located at 2537 S. Wabash Ave., WhatNow Chicago first reported.
Believe Cafe offers a variety of options on its menu, ranging from their signature baked biscuit dough empanadas to drinks such as their cafe de olla, which is the shop’s own twist on traditional Mexican “pot coffee" spiced with cinnamon cooked in concentrated brown sugar.
The business is expected to open early this year.
Over N Over Beauty, the popular Korean skincare store with locations in the Magnificent Mile and Wicker Park, has opened up inside a former Chase Bank at 850 S. Wabash Ave., Block Club Chicago first reported.
The business is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
